He also represents and works with over 50 non-profit foundations and organizations advising them on state and federal compliance issues, policy and procedure best practices, intellectual property and licensing, and board governance issues.

    S. Fred Jordan, Jr.

    Mr. Jordan is an experienced litigation attorney and handles complex legal matters including civil and business litigation, construction law, personal injury, criminal defense and military law. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Jordan served as a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 2006 through 2014. During his time in the legislature, he served in the top leadership post of House Majority Leader in 2013 and 2014, as well as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee in 2011 and 2013 and Vice Chairman in 2009 and 2010.
