The principals in our firm, Ted Sherwood and John McCormick have combined experience of over sixty years representing primarily individuals in cases where someone has been injured by the negligence of another. We are very experienced in handling complicated injury and death cases caused by medical malpractice, hospital negligence, nursing home neglect, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, defective products, and injury to reputation also called defamation.
